Fidina is currently looking for a Literary Agent to represent her works.

I’m a deeply feeling, artistic person—an idealist at heart. I dream big and create big, that I sometimes get overwhelmed by it all.

I always have a strong creative vision for my works, and execute everything with the highest effort.

I’ve started creating stories and doing art since I was a little girl. I’m hoping 2025 will be my debut year as an author! I’ve always wanted to be a writer.

I’m a Pisces, a girly girl who has an eye for aesthetics. I love matcha, and enjoy period films. I got my artistic side from my late grandpa who is also a painter (he looks like Bob Ross). And my love for reading from my mom, whose adult books I devoured as a kid.

My emotions guide my storytelling, and I hope that sincerity resonates through my work.

I like to write complex & heartfelt stories in the genres of romance, romantasy, high-fantasy and historical romance. Geared towards adult and young adult, with unexpected plots of other themes like adventure, mystery, or suspense, that delivers a rich story and goes beyond just the main romantic element.

My stories each have their own signature aesthetic look with clear visual cues within the story (in the likes of dark academia, or medieval fantasy, etc.) or specific color mood or palette, and are usually set in non-contemporary time periods, whether real or fictional.

My stories usually have a very strong female lead and are usually perfect for a predominantly female audience.

The Types of Writings I Make
Have you always known what you wanted to be?

Yes, since I was very young. I also love reading so much as a little kid that I ended up needing glasses in 2nd grade. And I never stopped drawing too. I am someone who is led by her passion, a true creative soul, so it was a no-brainer for me to pursue my passion as a career.

This has always been the thing im great at. This is my calling and my greatest passion. Now at 33, I’m ready with my debut and ready to make the little girl in me proud.

What is your favorite part when writing a book?

Brainstorming act one is usually my favorite. Drafting is much easier for me compared to revising. I usually have the story percolating in my brain for a while before I start diving in, so that’s why drafting is a satisfying process for me. But when revising, I don’t shy away from making big changes, which could be quite a headache. And structural changes can be a lot of work. But I had to make sure that the whole thing is cohesive before I even show it to anyone. I’m willing to go to the distance. I need the story to be perfect for my readers.

What are some of your favorite books?

Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, and Pippi Longstocking by Astrid Lindgren! The three most amazing writers in literature in my opinion. I also love the Fear Street books by R.L Stine, I think they’re awesome! My most recent obsession is The Secret History by Donna Tartt. I’m also spotting so many talented authors coming up, many of them on their debuts, so credit to them too! And I also want to mention the obscure books that no one‘s ever talked about that have gone out of print that deserves all the accolades. There are still people who treasure them.

What is your art process like?

I paint on my iPad Pro 12.9 on procreate. It took a while to get used to when I transition to digital from pen and paper, but I would never go back. Procreate is an app that has the most screen time for me aside from YouTube. I usually split screen with a movie in the back or an audiobook, because digital painting takes a lot of time and it’s always nice to have something in the background. These days I have to put on an arm braces to protect my wrist, after I had carpal tunnel from prolonged strenuous wrist position when I was doing a painting.

How is a typical day for you?

I usually open YouTube when I wake up, then I do my errands for the day, have lunch (lunches are my breakfasts because I’m a night owl), then I would start working on my books. After that, I usually take a break, then I would get cozy and start multitasking (split screening with something in the back) while I do digital painting on my iPad. Or whatever admin stuff I need to do. Then I would work on my books some more (these are usually writing sprints with my online book community). I would work until my partner gets home, and when he’s home we usually watch a movie together. He shows so much support for my dreams. Him coming home is usually the cherry on top of a nice cozy day.

What’s next on the agenda for you?

Releasing more books. I think all the dedication I put through these years into just studying and reading and practicing my craft had finally culminate me into entering my most productive years. And yes, I would love to make the cover art for them too. I also have a comic book project I want to seriously work on the upcoming years. I have just gotten started and I have no plans of slowing down..
